What we collect
Phocus collects the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, organization), data you enter into the platform (people records, product data, orders, inspections), and standard web analytics (page views, session duration) to improve the product.
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Phocus platform services you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be used to improve the product.
Where it lives
All data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United States (East US 2 region), encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). See our Security page for full infrastructure details.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@phocusintelligence.com. We will respond within 30 days.
