Agreement
By accessing or using Phocus Intelligence (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is provided by Phocus Intelligence, LLC.
Use of Service
You may use the Service for your organization's internal business operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.
